With over 500 feet of ocean front property and no neighbors on either side for even further, you can enjoy vast views of the beach and bay without being disturbed!  This immaculate brand new, open 4 bedroom, 3 full baths, private beach house with 12 ft ceilings and many large windows offers spectacular views on either side that will accommodate up to 12 people and is just waiting for you!

With full unobstructed views of both the sunrise on the gulf and sunset on the bay from the expansive 3 decks, the large open windows, or from the beach which is easily accessed by your private boardwalk/walkover you will quickly relax.

 Inside you will find a very large beautiful full functional kitchen with cherry cabinets and granite countertops including a working island.  For your cooking needs, this house offers all new appliances including a convection/conventional oven, microwave, gas cook top, garbage disposal, full fridge and freezer as well as a beverage fridge, toaster, blender, waffle iron, coffee maker/grinder, a large pantry, as well as gas grill on deck. On the main level you will have easy access to a high efficiency washer and dryer as well.

 The dining table seats 8, plus 4 stools at the bar. The 2 story great room is very open with comfortable sofas, fireplace a 52” Flat Panel TV, dish network with premium channels, DVR, DVD, and VHS, books, puzzles, games are abundant for you to take as moment and relax away from the sun.  There are no phones here to distract you from your opportunity to escape the daily life activities.

 There are two bedrooms downstairs one with a queen bed, TV, large closet and access to the deck, the other with 2 large full futons, TV, and game cube for the kids to escape to and find refuge.

 The first floor full bath has 2 sinks with private shower/ tub and toilet area. The upstairs loft has a full pull out sofa to serve as an additional bed or just a private nook to sit and relax with a few people and enjoy the beach view overlooking the entire back of the family room from all oversized windows both up top and below.

 The 2 master bedrooms upstairs offer you a choice of king or one queen size bed. Both have great views of the ocean with access to the private 2^nd level covered deck.  Each bedroom offers a private bathroom with double sinks, soaking or jet tubs and showers with multiple shower heads including a stone rain head.   Ample closet space in both rooms as well as flat panel TV’s are in each master suit.  Stone tile floors downstairs and carpeting upstairs make this home comfortable and easy to keep clean.

 Relax on the lounging chairs and hammock on the decks and take in the view or enjoy the fabulous fishing and surf the ocean has to offer.  Beneath the house is fully paved and lighted with picnic table and outdoor cabana shower. This house truly is great for fishing, beach combing, sunning, swimming, bird watching and relaxing, plus enjoys all that Galveston and Surfside have to offer.
