Home is located on
a main CANAL which makes this a great fishing spot which can be done
right off of your private dock. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and will
accommodate up to 8 people. Master bedroom has a king size bed with
its own bath, and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a queen. The living
room and kitchen has an open floor plan separated by a breakfast bar
which has 4 bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full
size frig, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee pot.
Right next to the kitchen is a dining room table which will set 6.
The living room has a futon, cable TV, VCR, and a stereo with CD
player. House also features central air and heat, telephone, dock,
boathouse, covered deck, and a sun deck over boat slip, fishing
lights, and a fenced in yard. No Pets & No Smoking.
Boat lift not available.
BBQ pit or grill

Home is located
in Sea Isle subdivision on the west end of Galveston. The
subdivision offers and full service marina, restaurant, fishing
pier, swimming pool, and tennis court.
