Newly constructed 4 bedroom, 2 bath with a Beach
and Bayside view that will accommodate 8 to 10 people. This
is a 2 story home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 on the main level
along with the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen is
fully equipped with a full size frig, stove, oven, microwave,
dishwasher, blender, toaster, and a coffee pot,. All the appliances
are brand new. The living room is very cozy with cable TV, access to the front deck overlooking the lagoon
and beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed, plus cable TV.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen. The 3rd bedroom has two twins. And the
4th bedroom has a double futon plus a double blow up bed. The home also has central air and heat, washer
and dryer, Jacuzzi bath tub, cabana shower, internet access,
telephone, and a fire pit. Please no Pets and
no Smoking.
BBQ pit or grill

resort trails perfect for biking, strolling or electric carts. Our
guests may use these amenities, however there may be a fee for the use of the beach club and pool.
