This elegant 2nd row BEACHVIEW house has
and unobstructed view of the beach and just a few steps from the
sand and surf. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, that will accommodate up
to 12 people. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath,
2nd bedroom has a queen and so does the 3rd. The 4th bedroom is
upstairs with 2 doubles and a twin. Plus, there is another twin size
bed in the recreation room which is also located upstairs. Home has
a well equipped kitchen with a full size frig, cook top stove, built
in oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and plenty of cooking
utensils to cook your favorite meals. The kitchen is separated from
the living room and dining room by an island counter. It has a
dining room table that will seat 6 plus 4 bar stool at the island
counter. The living room has comfortable sofas, a fireplace, cable
TV, and a DVD player. Off of the living room is a large deck overlooking
the Gulf of Mexico. Home also has central air and heat, telephone,
and a washer and dryer. No Pets and No Smoking.
