This is a 2nd row home with a
beachfront view. There is an empty lot in front of the home which
gives you an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. It is just
steps away from the sand and surf. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 & 1/2
baths and will accommodate up to 11 people. Master bedroom has a
queen, 2nd bedroom also has a queen, 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds,
and the 4th bedroom (which is located downstairs - ground level) has
a queen with a half bath. There is also a twin futon in the living
room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size frig, stove,
oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee pot. It has a big island
breakfast bar and a cozy living room with a rock fireplace. Home has
central air and heat, telephone, 2 TV's (1 TV with Satellite the
other TV without), VCR, 2 DVD players, washer and dryer, stereo with
CD player, large deck, and a cabana shower with
hot & cold water downstairs to rinse off the sand. No Pets and No
Smoking. Note: 4th bedroom ground level has central air and heat.

amenity. This home is located in Sea Isle subdivision on the west end of
Galveston. It has a community swimming pool, tennis court, marina,
restaurant, boat launch, fishing pier, and a park. There is a $25
