A new pool surrounded by a 1000 sq. ft. deck makes
this home a FUN-tastic place to vacation. There is a good view of the
big blue Gulf of Mexico from the entire property and a Poop Deck
that you can see for miles. This home sits on two lots on a corner about 2 blocks from
the beach. Margarita Ville is a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home
that will accommodate 8 guests. The master bedroom has a queen, the
second bedroom has two bunk beds and the third bedroom located
downstairs has a king. It has a great open floor plan with laminate floors
throughout. The open kitchen is fully equipped and has a full size
frig, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, blender, a
breakfast bar that will seat 4, plus a dining table that seats 4.
You will also find cable TV/VCR, a stereo with a CD player. A BBQ grill is located downstairs for your use.
