Treasure Island Community at San Luis Pass is
renowned for fishing, boating, shelling and gorgeous beaches. This
house features a large 3/4 wrap-around first floor deck, with views
of the Gulf and the Bay, and a nice covered second story deck with
breath-taking views of the Gulf. So it's not hard to find a shady
spot or sunbath. The house is beach style, with lots of large
windows and doors, and is a short walk to the San Luis Pass fishing
pier, or the long Texas beach. The house is fully furnished and
nicely appointed with bamboo floors on the first floor, granite
counters 10' ceilings, three full bathrooms, and a his and her sink
in the master. It's all about elegance, relaxation, and the sea.
BBQ pit or grill
IS NOT guaranteed. We do not require the homeowner’s to provide this
amenity.
House was built in 2007. It features 3 bedrooms, each
with a queen size bed, one queen size fold out couch, one full futon
in the loft. Three full baths with an extra vanity in the first
floor Master. Direct TV and DVD in the living room and Direct TV in
the two master bedrooms. Washer/dryer (detergent provided), BBQ pit
and tools, two wooden picnic tables, patio chairs. Dishwasher,
Icemaker, and microwave. All small appliances, china and flatware
for 12, pots, pans, cookie sheet. No Pets and No Smoking.
