Welcome to our lovely, newly constructed, 4 bedroom, 4 bath, BEACHFRONT HOME that will accommodate up to 12. Home was completed July of 2006 in the beautiful Pointe West subdivision on the west end of Galveston Island. Master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, private bath with a whirlpool tub and access to its own deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed with its own private bath . 3rd bedroom has 2 bunk beds plus a TV, VCR, and a DVD player. 4th bedroom has a queen size bed. Kitchen, dining room and living room have tile flooring and has an open floor plan separated by an island bar which makes it great for those special family and friend gatherings. There is also another large deck off of the living room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There is a cable TV in the living room plus a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances, full size frig. oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a coffee pot. Home has central air and heat, a cabana shower downstairs for after the beach rinse offs, and a dune walkover next to house for easy beach access. PLEASE NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.

BBQ pit or grill IS NOT guaranteed. We do not require the homeowner’s to provide this amenity.

Resort amenities include navigable lagoons for canoeing and kayaking, a bayside pool club for swimming and sunning, and several parks and pavilions for relaxing. All that plus a spectacular Gulf front beach club with infinity edge pool, well-equipped fitness center, and a bar and grill serving casual seasonal fare. Connecting these amenity centers are miles of paved resort trails perfect for biking, strolling or electric carts. Our guests may use these amenities, however there may be a fee for the use of the beach club and pool. .
