This is a
beautiful, newly constructed, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, CANAL home that
will accommodate 10 people. (It was completed July of 2006) The
master bedroom is upstairs with a king size bed, private bath with
Jacuzzi tub, satellite TV with a DVD player, and
its own deck. The second and third bedroom are on the main level.
One has a queen size bed and the other has 2 bunk beds with
satellite TV
and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots
and pans, full size frig, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, a
coffee pot, blender, toaster, and a breakfast bar. There is also a dining room table
in the dining room. The living room has flat screen satellite TV
with built in DVD player, stereo with CD player, and a futon. It
has a large extended deck with a boat house over the water, the boat
slip will accommodate up to 22' boats. Great concrete area
downstairs for those evening BBQ's. Don’t forget
your fishing poles because you can fish right from your own back
yard. Home also has central air and heat, wireless internet,
telephone, washer/dryer,
port-a-crib, highchair, jogging stroller, and a hot
tub on the main deck. Cabana shower to clean up when you get
back from the beach.
Boat lift not available
Fishing equipment - rods
(spinning and spin cast), landing net, bait trap, minnow bucket,
crab traps, crab nets. Note: we have some hooks, etc., but please
bring your favorite lures
Beach stuff - Umbrella, chairs,
mats, noodles, toys, hula hoops, Frisbee, 2 ice chest's, and boom
box (6 "D" batteries needed)
Outdoor cooking - Barbeque and
seafood boiler. Microwave, refrigerator, and sink in Tiki bar.
BBQ pit or grill
IS NOT guaranteed. We do not require the homeowner’s to provide this
amenity.
Outdoor dining - Dining set on
main deck, picnic table and 2 tiled bars on Tiki bar level.

bars, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, sink, and bathroom.

Home is located in Sea Isle subdivision on the west end of
Galveston. The subdivision offers a full service marina,
restaurant, park, fishing pier, swimming pool, and tennis court.
There is a $25 charge to use these amenities.
