This is a cute 2nd row BEACHSIDE home
with a beachfront view. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that will
accommodate up to 13 people. The master has a king size bed, own
bath, cable TV, and access to the deck. The 2nd bedroom has a queen
size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a pyramid bunk, a regular bunk
bed, and cable TV. The living room has 2 double futons, cable TV,
VCR, DVD player, stereo with CD player, table that will seat four,
and access to the deck that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. It has a
fully equipped kitchen with a full size frig, stove, oven,
microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and a blender. There is a
breakfast table that will seat 6. The home has central air and heat,
telephone, washer and dryer, cabana shower, easy access to the
beach, and a partially covered deck. Small pets are allowed with a
nonrefundable pet fee but please no smoking inside the home.
BBQ pit or grill

amenity.
This home is located in Sea Isle subdivision on the west end of
Galveston Island. It has a community swimming pool, tennis court,
marina, restaurant, boat launch, fishing pier, and a park. There
is a $25 charge for those amenities.
