Newly built 5th row BEACHVIEW home with
a beautiful beach view and a short walk to the sandy beach. It has 3
bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2nd bedroom has a
queen, and the third has a pyramid bunk and a bunk. There is also a
queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. House will accommodates
11 people comfortably. House has 2 full baths and a well equipped
kitchen with a full size frig, stove, oven dishwasher, microwave,
coffee pot, and blender. The dining room will set 6 plus there are 4
bar stools at the kitchen counter. Enjoy the living room by making a
fire in the propane fireplace or simply by watching a movie on the
satellite TV, VCR, or DVD player. House also offers central air and
heat, washer and dryer, and a large deck with deck furniture. PLEASE
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING. This comfy home is just a few miles from the new Schlitterbahn water
park in Galveston and Moody Gardens. Located 1 mile off the Seawall,
this home is close to dining and shopping while still having a
relaxing environment to return to. Take a stroll down the beach or
by horseback with nearby stables. All just minutes from the sand and
sun.
