Welcome to the beach. Sit back, relax,
and take your shoes off on take a stroll along the beach. KOTERAS is
a great BEACHFRONT home on the west end of Galveston. This lovely
home is just steps away from the sand and surf. Spend your days
shelling, fishing, walking, or enjoying a cool drink while you sit
on the deck. KOTERAS is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home and will
accommodate up to 10 people. Master bedroom has a king size bed with
its own bath. The second bedroom has a queen, and he third has 2
bunks. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.
House has wooden floors throughout and vaulted ceiling. Fully
equipped kitchen with full size frig, stove, oven, microwave,
dishwasher, and coffee pot. Home also has central air and heat,
telephone, cable TV, VCR, washer/dryer, deck (partially covered),
picnic table, cabana shower downstairs to rinse off the sand. Pets
okay with a non refundable pet deposit.
BBQ pit or grill
IS NOT guaranteed. We do not require the homeowner’s to provide this
amenity.
Home is located in Sea Isle
subdivision which has a community swimming pool. tennis court,
marina, restaurant, boat launch, fishing pier, and a park. There
is a $25 charge for those amenities.
