This is a great 6 year old beachview home with a
great view of the Gulf. This home will
accommodate 11 comfortably and is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home.
The master has a queen bed, one of the guest bedrooms has
a full bed, and the bunk room has a full over full bunk with a
twin trundle and twin captains bed and there is a futon in the
living area.
The home has a perfect kitchen for entertaining and the
breakfast bar will seat 5. This house has
all the amenities of home including a coffee maker, dishwasher,
full size washer and dryer, 2 TV’s w/VCR and DVD’s, central air
and heat, a very nice deck to hear the waves crashing, a BBQ pit
for grilling, a cabana shower, a picnic table and a hammock.
BBQ pit or
grill IS NOT guaranteed. We do not require the homeowner’s to
provide this amenity.
Sea Isle also has a fine dining restaurant, a boat launch,
tennis courts, a community swimming pool, a convenient store,
and a fishing pier.
There
is a $25 charge for those amenities.
