This is a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2
bath dry lot home just 4 blocks from the beach. It will accommodate
up to 14 people. The main house itself has 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2
bath. Master bedroom has a queen plus cable TV, 2nd bedroom also has
a queen along with cable TV, and the third bedroom has 2 twins with
cable TV. The forth bedroom is on the ground level with 2 pyramid
bunks, cable TV, and a full bath ( separate from the main part of
the house ). The living/kitchen/dining room has an open floor plan.
There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, cable TV, DVD
player, and stereo with CD player. Kitchen has a full size frig,
stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot,. There is a
dining room table for four along with a breakfast bar. Home also has
central air and heat, washer/dryer, 2 decks ( one covered ), and an
outside shower. No Pets and No Smoking
BBQ pit or grill
