Come and vacation in this 2nd row BEACHSIDE home that’s very close to the beach with a large deck and FANTASTIC views of the Gulf of Mexico. Large sliding glass doors and picture windows bring the fantastic views into the living and dining area. The vaulted ceiling, natural lighting, and open living space make this house very open, airy, and comfortable for socializing. The massive deck is partially covered so that you can enjoy the view and the outdoors in any weather. The beach is just a few steps away (approximately 20 yards) making this a very family-friendly vacation home. The three bedrooms and two baths provide comfortable accommodations for up to 10 people. The master bedroom has a king size bed plus a double futon, 2nd bedroom has twin bunk beds plus a queen, 3rd bedroom has a queen, plus there is a queen sleeper in the living room. This home also features central air and heat, TV in the living room and two bedrooms, VCR, DVD player, stereo with 5-disc CD player and surround sound, high-speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, and a plethora of small appliances including two blenders, a toaster oven, waffle iron, electric skillet, and George Foreman ® grill. Outside amenities include a Cabana shower, ground floor deck with a large beach view bench, and the awesome upper deck. No Pets and No Smoking.

House is located in Sea Isle subdivision on the west end of Galveston Island. It has a community swimming pool, tennis court, marina, restaurant, boat launch, fishing pier, and a park. There is a $25 charge for those amenities.
