Brand new construction. One lot off canal, 2 minutes to
beach or marina. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Master
has a queen sized bed, cable TV with a DVD player. The second has a
double futon, cable TV and DVD player. Living room sofa converts to
a double futon with innerspring mattress. Kitchen is fully equipped
with a dishwasher, microwave, full size frig, stove, oven, coffee
pot, and a blender. There is a breakfast bar plus a dining room
table that will seat 6. Living room has high speed internet, cable
TV, DVD player, and stereo with CD player. Home also has a fenced in
yard. Covered deck, central air and heat, washer, dryer, and a gas
BBQ grill.

Sea Isle also has a fine dining restaurant, a boat launch,
tennis courts, a community swimming pool, a convenient store,
and a fishing pier.
There
