Come and enjoy our 2nd row BEACHSIDE
home. This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with a nice view of the beach
and is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the sand and surf. It
was just newly remodeled this summer and has brand new furnishings.
The home will accommodate 8 people comfortable. The master bedroom
has a queen size bed with access to a deck.. 2nd bedroom has a
double, and the third bedroom has 2 daybeds with trundles and access
to a deck. The kitchen is well equipped with a full size frig,
stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, and a toaster. Home
also has a washer and dryer, central air and heat, cable TV, free
nationwide calling, high speed internet, and a
fire place. No Pets and No Smoking.
BBQ pit or grill
IS NOT guaranteed. We do not require the homeowner’s to provide this
amenity.
This home is located in Sea Isle subdivision on the west end of
Galveston Island. It has a community swimming pool, tennis court,
marina, restaurant, boat launch, fishing pier, and a park. There
is a $25 charge for those amenities.
