The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size frig, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, and a coffee pot. All the appliances are brand new. The living room is very cozy with comfortable sofas, cable TV, and a DVD player. The home has central air and heat and a washer and dryer. PLEASE NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.
